Producer/Director on all major Another Direction Ltd projects to date.

Given the range of clients, and the different programme types, that I have worked with/on, means that continually offering creative ideas, and also incorporating the ideas of clients and others into the productions has become integral to the process that I use. Working for so many different authorities and organisations, has meant that in order to produce truly successful products, I have had to research (often in very short periods of time), each individual organisation that has commissioned me, and incorporate the ethos of that organisation and the best way of reaching its target audience into the final product. This is something that is intrinsic to my creative process and something that I bring to every project.

Trevor Hails– Sound Engineer

Trevor has worked on all major Another Direction Ltd projects to date.

Trevor has worked in Television since 1973 and moved to Broadcast Television in 1979 where he specialised in sound with Thames Television Euston. He worked at Thames for 14 years until the end of Franchise, becoming a Sound Supervisor working on News, both studio based and on News gathering (ENG), Sport, Drama, Sit com, L.E. Current affairs, and Royal Variety Performances. Most of his work was on Live programming and some of the productions he worked on included; Rumpole Of The Old Bailey, Thames News, Hannay, Mid-week Sports Special, This Is Your Life, Winter Olympics from Seoul, Afternoon Plus, Rainbow, The Time The Place, Looks Familiar, Death On The Rock, TV Eye, Miss World, The Bob Hope Classic, Thames Telephon, Morecambe & Wise and “The Bill”. The original shot of Police’s feet on a cobbled street, used for the Title sequence of “The Bill” was shot on location for the Pilot programme at Trevor’s suggestion and used for Twenty years.

Paul McCann – DOP/1st assistant director

Paul is a vastly experienced 1st assistant director/DOP/Producer who has worked for Sky, Channel 4, and the BBC as well several high profile advertisements. A talented photographer in his own right, Paul is a versatile and very much valued member of the Another Direction ltd team.

Barry Hails– Cameraman

Barry has worked for Another Direction since 2003 on a vast range of projects. His keen eye for a cinematic shot plays a key role in the overall feel and process of communicating our films ideas and ethos. He produced an award winning short film for the Cobra Beer competition in 2005. His ability to use cameras ranging from pro-sumer to hi-end broadcast kit makes him a
versatile and dynamic member of the team.

Joe Puru– Editor

Joe Puru having studied all aspects of production at Ravensbourne College.  Has become most accomplished in postproduction. He has worked on many programmes for sports broadcasting, and has experience on Avid, Final Cut Pro and programmes such as After effects and Motion As well as image manipulation software. Joe is now an integral part of the Another Direction ltd postproduction team.

Samuel Owusu– Production/Marketing Manager

Samuel started working for Another Direction Ltd in 2006.

With a marketing and a communications background of 8 years, Samuel has worked for and been the representative of major companies such as BT  Sony, Ford Business Centre, Opal, Base Connections, NRS National Care, to name but a few. "In taking on the role of Production / Marketing Manager for Another Direction Ltd Samuel makes a point of assessing and developing a package that is unique to each individual company," and with a vast network of professional bodies, Another Direction Ltd can always provide what you want, when you want.
